Our hundred-year-old white dairy barn, where you can take in the beauty of the natural wood, soaring 30-foot ceilings and crystal chandeliers, is ideal for an indoor ceremony.

INDOOR RECEPTION BARN
Dinner is served under large chandeliers and tall arched ceilings followed by lots of dancing. This space was newly renovated to include a beautiful stone fireplace, white french doors, shiplap walls, and is heated/cooled.
Dinner under the stars…
as the sun fades behind the silos, the twinkling café lights turn on and offer a romantic setting on the patio/pergola. under a sky full of stars or around the bonfire, enjoy the celebration taking place all around.

OUTDOOR RECEPTION PERGOLA
An unexpected gem—our pergola is the star of the show with your guests. This space, complete with an expansive patio, offers a great area for your guests to enjoy a unique dinner reception or sip a cold drink, mingle and relax at our bistro tables and chairs. Our Minnesota seasons are short, and we know your guests want to enjoy every minute in our beautiful outdoor spaces.

BRIDAL COTTAGE
The Bridal Cottage of your dreams! The original farmhouse was renovated and turned into our beautiful French-inspired Bridal Cottage that features great lighting for your photographs, vintage furniture, large floor to ceiling mirror, cream velvet sofa, marble countertops, petite chandeliers and a fireplace. We even have a private deck overlooking our fruit trees where the bride can enjoy the beauty of the day. This building is heated and air conditioned and includes a mini refrigerator.

Weekday rentals are $3,695 (Thursdays from 10am-10pm)
*Two day rental—the perk of choosing a Friday rental!
You have the option to add Thursday (4 hr time block) to your Friday rental for a $750 Thursday rental fee. This allows you to come in early and decorate for your big day.
We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Cottage Farmhouse listed as the additional insured—approximate cost is $250.
We require security on-site and it is a $320 fee.
Catering + Bartending Providers
To keep it streamlined and easy for you to plan, we have one bartending service and three catering providers to choose from, including a locally sourced, organic choice. There are no catering or beverage minimums required. Inquire for late night wood fire pizza options, too.
Couples may bring in their own desserts (from a licensed baker), bottled pop/water, and packaged snacks.
